2. Description of Service
Diesel Service Network is a lead-generation directory connecting commercial diesel service seekers with authorized service providers. We do not provide diesel repair services directly and are not responsible for the quality of services provided by listed businesses.
3. Provider Listings
Service providers may claim and manage listings on the Site. By claiming a listing, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business. Provider information must be accurate and kept up to date. We reserve the right to remove or modify listings that contain inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate content.
4. Paid Subscriptions
Paid listing tiers are billed monthly through our payment processor, Paddle. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Site to post false or misleading information, scrape or harvest data, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, design, logos, and data compilations, is the property of Diesel Service Network or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute content without written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing information. Use of the Site and reliance on any listed provider is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
Diesel Service Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any service provider found through the Site.
