What does "per segment per city" mean?
Each service segment (Truck Repair, Generator Service, etc.) in each city is priced independently. A shop that offers both truck repair and generator service in Houston can hold different tiers for each — for example Featured in Truck Repair and Standard in Generator Service.
What happens when a Featured slot is taken?
There is only 1 Featured slot per service segment per city. If it's taken, you can still claim Premium (up to 3 per market) or Standard (up to 10). Contact us to be notified when a Featured slot opens.
Can I list in multiple cities?
Yes. Each city and segment listing is priced independently. A regional service provider can hold listings across multiple cities and service segments at whatever tier makes sense for each market.
What is the contact form on Featured listings?
Featured listings include an inline contact form that operators can use to request a quote or ask a question. All inquiries are stored in DSN and forwarded to the email address(es) you specify.
