Refund Policy

1. Overview

Diesel Service Network offers paid listing subscriptions to service providers through our payment processor, Paddle. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

2. Subscription Billing

Paid listing subscriptions (Standard, Premium, and Featured tiers) are billed monthly and renew automatically on the same date each billing cycle. You will be charged at the start of each billing period.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at billing@dieselservicenetwork.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your listing will remain active until the period ends — you will not be charged for subsequent periods.

4. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following circumstances: (a) you were charged in error due to a billing system issue; (b) you cancelled within 48 hours of your initial subscription purchase and have not used lead forwarding or featured placement during that period; or (c) a technical failure on our part prevented your listing from being published or displaying correctly for a material portion of a billing period.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not issued for: partial months remaining after cancellation; failure to cancel before the renewal date; dissatisfaction with lead volume or inquiry quality, as results depend on market demand; or listings that were removed for violations of our Terms of Service.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email billing@dieselservicenetwork.com with your business name, the email address on your account, the billing date in question, and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 3 business days.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Paddle. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer or bank.

8. Disputes

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact us before initiating a chargeback. We will work to resolve billing issues promptly. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in suspension of your listing pending investigation.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Active subscribers will be notified of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
